My passion is to help people gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their life journey.
Everyone can benefit from therapy.
Accepting yourself and your life journey is probably the most important – and most difficult – thing you’ll ever do.
Many of the systems we live in are difficult to navigate and make it hard to live a life of peace and self-acceptance. This reality can cause us to engage in self-destructive behaviour – from people-pleasing to substance abuse – which impacts our relationships and life choices.
Therapy is a place to work these issues out and learn to love and appreciate yourself for who you truly are.
I work one-on-one with adult clients. Sessions are usually one-hour (with the exception of the first session which is an hour and a half) and, depending on your extended health benefits plan, may be covered because of my status as a registered social worker.
